The Family Learning Project (formerly known as the Zoom Family School) offers you a chance to return family education to your schools. Written by veteran Jewish family educators and edited by Joel Lurie Grishaver, each Family Learning Project lesson includes everything you need to run a successful family program in person or online.
The Family Learning Project lessons are designed for entire families with children in grades 1–6. They are hands-on, experiential, program-based, informative, and fun. This is an opportunity for your families to learn and expand their participation in Jewish life while building a community with other families.
In each Family Learning Project lesson, you will find everything you need to run an exciting family program.
The Family Learning Project Shavuot brings Shavuot alive. Family members work on organizing and thinking about the Ten Commandments and the experience being at Mt. Sinai. This lesson includes the story Why God Chose Mt. Sinai, which explains why humble little Mt. Sinai was the best mountain to receive this special honor.Â
