Terms & Returns
ORDERING
You may place your order via telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. We are available by telephone Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST). Credit is issued to institutions only. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express or prepayments are accepted for non-institutional accounts. All orders shipped to institutions or individuals are subject to and will be charged, the applicable sales tax.
ORDERS VIA TELEPHONE
Orders over the phone can be made by calling number 1–800–238-6724. When ordering on the phone you will be asked for a billing address, shipping address if applicable, the title and quantity of items you wish to order. If your call is answered by voice mail, you may leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We request that you not leave orders on voice mail. We are happy to call you back and take your order personally.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Customers must specify how they want orders shipped for orders shipped outside the continental US or the order will be shipped at our discretion. Torah Aura is not responsible for lost or damaged material sent via the US Postal Service. Overseas and Canadian orders must be paid with international money orders in U.S. funds, checks drawn on U.S. banks or credit cards. Credits and/or refunds for the cancellation of electronic orders will be handled individually. The general policy is as follows: Those electronic orders paid for with credit cards will be refunded to the credit card; those electronic orders charged to a Torah Aura account will be credited to that account.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You may request that rush orders be shipped via Next Day Delivery, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air. You will be billed for the amount of the expedited shipping charges. We will make every effort to ship your rush package ASAP upon receipt of your order.
Items sent via the postal system are not insured; the buyer assumes full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged materials shipped via the postal service.
THE BIG PRINT
Unless credit has already been established, all Torah Aura Productions sales are cash before delivery. Credit terms are net first of the following month. A finance charge of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month (which is an Annual Percentage Rate of 18%) will be charged on all past-due accounts.
Items that are not available will be placed on backorder. Back-ordered items will be shipped to you as they become available. Back-ordered items will be billed upon shipment.
RETURNS
Torah Aura Productions will only accept returns of unopened/unused materials. Materials that are returned will result in a credit toward future purchases only if the order was placed using a Torah Aura account, Orders placed with a credit card will that a credit issued to the card on file less a 10% restocking charge on all materials returned after 60 days. Returns after 6 months will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, returns after 12 months will not be accepted. All returns must include an inventory or additional charges may apply.
Any defective materials will be exchanged as soon as possible after notification. All claims for damaged or missing materials must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Price, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Torah Aura Productions reserves the right to discontinue any item without notice.
To make a return email alan@torahaura.com or call 800-BE-TORAH and provide exactly what materials are being returned and when they were purchased and if possible the order number. Once your return is approved you will be sent instructions on where to send the materials. Returns made without approval will be subjected to an additional 35% restocking charge.
