Think Prophets: Isaiah

Grades: 6-Adult       Think Prophets is a series of fourteen lessons that provide a patchwork opportunity to study the third of the Bible known as "The Prophets."

This lesson presents the Book of Isaiah and concentrates on one of the major themes found in redemption. Students will both learn the book itself through text study and be asked to consider Isaiah's messages in terms of their own lives. After reading a summary of the book and learning the historical circumstances that pertain to Isaiah's messages, three sections of text are presented from each of what scholars call First, Second and Third Isaiah.
